Due to the building being over 200 years older parts of the building are not very accessible for wheelchair users or those with limited mobility. Our main entrance and into our bar there are 6 steps and to gain access to the toilet you must go down a further 3 steps. Our restaurant is all on one level and can be accessed through our bedrooms entrance. We do have a special ramp available if needed. The toilets and disabled toilets are all on the same level as the restaurant.Our bedrooms are located on the ground and first floor, our disabled access twin room with rails and shower seat is located on the ground floor. We also have a twin room available with light alarm and vibrating pillow outlet. We do not have a lift . Please contact us if you need help or have any queries regarding access or and we would happy to help accordingly
If cancelled up to 72 hours before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
If Prepaid and cancelled 72 hours before the date of arrival full amount of stay will be refunded. If cancelled later or in case of no-show guests will not be refunded.
